La joven estrella de la música Regional Mexicana  Ricardo Murillo estrena nuevo sencillo titulado “CARITAS FELICES” que ya esta disponible en todas las plataformas digitales. 

El tema es un cover de Cano Aguilar, escrita por Luciano Luna y Johnny Zazueta. La producción de esta nueva versión estuvo a cargo del mismísimo Ricardo Murillo y forma parte de su próximo álbum titulado ‘Gracias Por Seguir Mis Pasos’.

Ricardo, originario de Hermosillo, Sonora, empezó su gusto por la música a la edad de 11 años, gusto heredado por su padre quien le enseñó a tocar la guitarra. Fue a los 16 años que empezó a trabajar en el género regional mexicano en diferentes presentaciones, primero con un grupo sierreño, y después con una banda sinaloense, pasado un tiempo descubre su pasión por tocar el acordeón, desde entonces la música siempre ha sido su más grande amor.

El año pasado, Ricardo Murillo asistió a la convocatoria para encontrar vocalista de uno de los grupos más importantes de la música Regional Mexicana Calibre 50 y es ahí donde este joven comienza a escribir su  historia, ya que fue uno de los miles que lograron hacer una audición. No obstante el talento de Ricardo llamó tanto la atención de Fonovisa que se hizo un acercamiento con el Sr. Jesús Tirado, productor y manager de CALIBRE 50, para expresarle el interés de Ricardo, el mismo productor nos dijo “si no se quedara, no es por falta de talento, este muchacho tiene muchísimo que ofrecer en la música es muy buen cantante y músico con un estilo muy especial”.

“Los sueños existen y las oportunidades de crecer siempre están frente a nosotros, sólo hay que estar en el momento y lugar indicado; el resto es historia“, comentó Ricardo.

Ricardo Murillo, the young star of Regional Mexican music, releases a new single titled “CARITAS FELICES” already available on all digital platforms.  

The song is a cover Cano Aguilar’s hit, written by Luciano Luna and Johnny Zazueta. Ricardo Murillo produced this new version himself as part of his next album titled ‘Gracias Por Seguir Mis Pasos.’

Ricardo, originally from Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico, began his interest in music at the age of 11, a taste inherited from his father who taught him to play the guitar. It was at the age of 16 that he began to work in the regional Mexican genre in different presentations, first with a group from Sierra, and later with a band from Sinaloa. After a while he discovered his passion for playing the accordion, and ever since then music has always been his greatest love.

Last year, Ricardo Murillo attended a musical casting call to find a new vocalist for one of the most important groups of Regional Mexican music, Calibre 50. This is where this young artist began to write his own story. As one of the thousands who managed to get an audition, Ricardo’s talent caught the attention of Fonovisa Records and was approached by Mr. Jesús Tirado, producer and manager for CALIBER 50, who said, “if he does not stay with the group it is not due to lack of talent, this boy has a lot to offer in music, he is a very good singer and musician with a very special style.”

“Dreams exist and opportunities to grow are always in front of us, you just have to be at the right time and place; the rest is history,” commented Ricardo.
