Oscar De La Rosa Y Armando Lichtenberger Jr han podido llegar a todo el mundo Latino con su estilo original de POP GRUPERO, un estilo que combinan sus influencias de música en español igual que la música ingles Rock y Pop.
La Mafia llegó a tierras mexicanas en el año de 1989, siendo el primer grupo con música en español formado en Estados Unidos, que posicionó entre los favoritos de los mexicanos. La agrupación captó la atención y el cariño de sus seguidores, debido al gran talento musical de sus integrantes, su imagen fresca, su vestimenta casual, así como el sombrero que le diera personalidad a Oscar de la Rosa.
